‘Les Autres’ is a collection of concrete music works composed between 2007 and 2009 by Lionel Kasparian, Samuel Lartisien, Roland Semadeni and Maki, produced with the help of Denis Cabacho and the participation of many people with disabilities.
This album takes us from their living spaces to the sound creation workshop, from the composer’s world to the educator’s one, via the electroacoustic studio process.

This project concludes a reflection based on publications, conferences and work on the possible exchanges between professional musical practices and that of people with disabilities. This process has been carried out by Art-Temps Reel as part of the États généraux du handicap (General Assembly on Disability) organised by the Conseil National du Handicap (National Council on Disability) in 2005.
